For custom-designed tiaras and headpieces, you acknowledge that all design rights, title, and interest shall remain the exclusive property of Etoile Elegance.

3. Products and Orders

All of our tiaras and headpieces are handmade and may have slight variations, which are part of their unique charm. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate.

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order.

4. Payment and Pricing

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We accept various forms of payment, which will be clearly indicated at checkout. By providing a credit card or other payment method that we accept, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the designated payment method.

5. Shipping and Returns

Our tiaras and headpieces are designed for use in ballet and dance performances. You understand and agree that dance and physical activities can be hazardous. You assume all risks associated with the use of our products, including but not limited to the risk of injury. Etoile Elegance shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of the use or misuse of our products. It is your responsibility to inspect the product before each use to ensure it is in good condition.
